24- hour Cancellation Policy

We ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 24-hour notice.  This allows our team professionals a chance to accommodate clients on our waiting list.  Less than 24- hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s).  ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount.  

As a courtesy, we do send out a reminder to confirm date and time 48 hours and 24 hours prior to your appointment.  Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.



Late/Tardy Policy

We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind.  It happens, we know!  However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of the stylist’s day by delaying them for their following clients.  Clients will generally be allowed a 10 minute grace period.  If you are able to make it in time for your entire service to be completed, great!  If not, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you.  If you have not arrived and we have not heard from you by 15 minutes past your appointment, this will be considered a ‘no show.’  Please, call if you think you will be late. If a stylist is running behind schedule, we cannot always break away from our client to notify you, but we will try our best to do so because we value your time. 

Again, please remember that your appointments are reserved for you & only you.  These policies give us the opportunity to alert our standby clients of any openings, therefore allowing us to provide the best service possible.  We very much appreciate your business and compliance with our policies. 


Appointments Are Nontransferable

It is our policy that each client may only make appointments for themselves(with the exception of children) and appointments can not be given up or transferred to anyone else.


Cell Phones & Hand Held Devices

As a courtesy to others please silence your cell phones and other devices.  We do not mind if you need to make or answer a call, we just ask that you do not use speaker phone.  Also, children using IPads or watching a video from another device must use headphones.  


Child Safety

Children must be able to sit on their own and follow direction from their stylist while getting a service done.  Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, and chemicals make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children.  Our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon.


Return & Exchange Policy

You can return hair product(s) within 10 days of purchase. Product(s) can only be exchanged if unused and in original packaging. For all product exchanges, there must be proof of purchase listed under your account. We do not offer a refund, but you can exchange your item(s) or we can issue you a merchandise credit. All non-hair related retail is final sale.


Refund Policy

Our goal is for each client to love their results. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your service:

Services received cannot be refunded. We will gladly make an adjustment if you let us know within three (3) days of your appointment. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please return to the salon, so your hair can be visually inspected (photos are not accurate for various reasons.) At that time, we will make every effort to alter it to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you.


Hair Extensions Policy

At our salon, we strive to provide a seamless and customized hair extensions experience. Below are our policies to ensure clarity and satisfaction for all clients.

Consultation Policy
A complimentary consultation is required prior to scheduling any hair extensions service.

During the consultation, your stylist will:

  • Assess the health of your natural hair to determine its suitability for extensions.

  • Discuss realistic goals for your desired look.

  • Provide a detailed cost breakdown, including the price of hair extensions, installation, removal, and future maintenance appointments.

  • Match the hair extension color to your natural or color-treated hair.

  • Determine the necessary extension length, type, and amount required to achieve your desired look and match your hair density.

  • Recommend professional washing and styling products for at-home care to maintain the extensions' health between appointments.

Payment Policy

  • Full payment for hair extensions is required at the time of scheduling the installation service.

  • The remaining balance for the installation service and any products purchased will be due upon completion of the installation and haircut blending.

Additional Information

  • Service Pricing: The listed service prices do not include the cost of hair extensions.

  • Hair Extensions Purchase: Human hair extensions are available exclusively through our salon, and we only install hair purchased from our trusted partner suppliers.

  • Health Code Compliance: Due to health code regulations, all hair is non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.

  • Shipping Timeline: Please allow 3–5 business days for hair to arrive after the order is placed. Delayed orders may result in appointment rescheduling or cancellation.

  • Hair Order Payment: Hair orders must be fully paid for before the order is placed.

  • Installation Preparation: On the day of your installation appointment, please ensure your hair is shampooed, blow-dried, product-free, and detangled.

  • Additional Services: If you'd like to request additional services, please inform your stylist during the consultation so they can include these in your appointment schedule.

Extension Refund Policy

  • Services: All services rendered are final, and no refunds will be issued. Any concerns should be addressed during the appointment or communicated within one week for possible adjustments.

  • Hair Extensions: There are no refunds or exchanges on purchased hair extensions, as they are customized to your specifications.
